Eagle Landscaping Supply Co. is a third generation family run business, run by Ron and Debbie Eagle. In 1926, the Eagle family started with just a little one acre section and as the business progressed, they purchased more land.
“[Vermeer Midwest] has great quality products, great service, and when you call they answer.” – Josh Eagle, son of owner Ron Eagle
Eagle Landscaping & Supply Co. believes that their partnership with Vermeer Midwest is one of the main reasons that their business has continued grow over the last 97 years. Vermeer Midwest is excited for the future and our combined growth with Eagle Landscaping & Supply Co.!
Eagle Landscaping Supply Co. currently owns a Vermeer TG7000 Tub Grinder, a Vector 616 Coloring Machine, and a Vector VT80 Stacking Conveyor.
They decided to purchase the Vector 616 Coloring Machine because it’s a great size for the small yard that they operate out of and does a great job coloring.
“Prior, we were buying our mulch from a distributor who colors it. We are now seeing more productivity with a better product that the customer likes more. It even seems to save dye compared to other machines.” – Josh Eagle
In regards to the VT80 Stacking Conveyor, Brent Martin, Territory Manager, expressed how nice and wide the VT80 Stacking Conveyor is to maximize stability out on the job sites. In a smaller yard, it helps create taller stacks and save more room. Due to their location in Southfield, MI they installed a spray bar on the conveyor to wet down the mulch as it stacks to reduce the amount of dust and debris in the air.
Josh Eagle also stated in regards to their TG7000 Grinder,
“It’s faster with more power that hardly needs any service. When it does, Vermeer is always there to help.”
